What the plan contains

• The pages your business needs: one for each service or intent with real demand, and no page for anything without it.
• What each page must answer, in the order a visitor needs it, and the single action it should lead to.
• Which searched phrase, if any, each page carries, and whether your own term and the searched term are the same. You sign that off before it goes into a heading.
• What proof each page needs, and where a claim cannot yet be evidenced and so must not be made.
• Which topics are consolidated into a section of another page rather than built as a thin page of their own.

How the build follows it

The plan is the specification the site is built to. Each page’s title, heading, description and opening paragraph match its row in the plan, and a launch check confirms every planned page is served, indexable, structured and linked as written before the site is signed off.
